When TW Steel started with us, they really needed one thing: a full-service digital agency that could move them away from long processes and campaign delays towards streamlined work and an all-in-one solution. Our everyday objective is to not only maintain and nurture brand presence online, but to drive direct sales both through organic and paid social media.
Managing a global community of more than 500,000 consumers, we create brilliant and comprehensive content across FB, TW, IG and LinkedIn, which communicates TW Steel’s brand values through digital: attitude, strength, style and affordability.
With a large user base who are increasingly loyal to the brand, we have ideated and facilitated several UGC campaigns across social media (several of them with no winning incentive) to facilitate the gathering of new lifestyle imagery for the brand and engage the audience. We wanted to move away from a brand that solely ‘speaks at you’ to one which ‘speaks with you’ by creating UGC campaigns at #MyTWSteel, polls for new releases etc.
TW Steel run up to as many as 10 pre-order campaigns for their watches every year, and it is essential that these campaigns are driven mainly (or sometimes only) on digital. We have created a bespoke and impactful campaign structure which creates a cohesive approach and tone across organic, paid, website content, email marketing, display ads and community management, all managed by Pilot Fish Media.
