They approached us to help them establish a presence on Facebook and test Facebook ads as a way of generating enquiries and sales.
We worked with Car Tyres to develop a personable brand avatar and online tone of voice, which allowed us to position the business as ‘The Voice of the Driver.’ We then did the following:
- Created a detailed customer avatar so we knew who we were speaking to online and what their specific needs were
- Created a brand look and feel for all weekly content on Facebook so that posts looked uniform and recognisable as ‘Cartyres.com’
Developed detailed audience sets for a hyper-targeted Facebook campaign during the school holidays when parents were clocking up a lot of mileage
- Business hours community management, responding to customer queries and comments
Our ‘school holidays’ campaign generated new customers via Facebook who had not heard of the brand before. With a small budget we delivered 600 website visitors in 30 days with 22 conversions at a cost of 0.36 per conversion, which was lower than PPC.
